Corned Beef Cheese Ball

Here is my recipe for the cheese ball that my mother loves. She asks me to make it for any occasion.

4packs Philly Cream Cheese (softened at room temp)
2 large packs Budding Corned Beef (chopped into small pieces.)
2 bunches of chives (chop into small pieces or cut with scissors)
3Tbls. of worstershire sauce
3Tbls. of accent

Mix all together and form into a ball. Sprinkle or roll in parsley flakes.
Best if made the day before
Serve wih crackers of your choice.
